Richard is a seasoned consultant and senior assurance reviewer with 28 years of experience in management consulting and project delivery. He has led numerous strategic projects, often involving multi-million-dollar budgets, serving as a portfolio manager, project director, and manager.

Richard has a proven track record of delivering both strategic and tactical outcomes, taking on roles that encompass delivery, technical expertise, advisory services, and mentoring. He has provided consultancy services to over forty organisations and has played a pivotal role in leading whole-of-government initiatives and the delivery of over 150 tier-one assurance reviews, including the delivery of over 100 assurance services.

In addition to his role as a senior assurance consultant, Richard specialises in portfolio management framework and maturity roadmap consulting, where he lead the delivery of over fifteen best practice maturity assessments. He provides his expertise to several of Australia’s largest government and private sector organisations across sectors such as health, transport, local government, recruitment, payroll management, and digital services. Richard’s contributions include the delivery and leadership in the development of portfolio models and supporting frameworks, IT strategies and road-mapping, service delivery standards, business services frameworks and models, methods frameworks, and benefits frameworks – all grounded in industry best practices.
