What we do.

The PM Solutions delivered lessons-to-emulate reporting utilises the two leading best practices:

• McKinsey 5 C’s model: a model and supporting framework for capturing the lessons (and gaps) for delivering end of project reporting for large-scale government transformation projects.
• Loane’s Benchmarking: a best practice model, utilised to breakdown the actual percentage effort by major activity undertaken during the transformational initiative. It provides a guide to evaluate what occurred in the transformation that may be useful for testing the adequacy of budgets for other, similar large-scale transformational activities.

PM Solutions incorporates the McKinsey 5C’s and Loane’s Benchmarking models, and their disciplines, into our lessons-to-emulate reports, not only to align to industry best practice, but to illustrate to governments that there are evidenced disciplines that are the proven drivers of success, regardless of geography, service, scope, or structure of large-scale transformation, and that they are common across Commonwealth, state and local governments in Australia.
