The Assurance PLUS™ methodology utilises a set of adaptable principles, themes and stages that support a fully integrated approach for the assurance of SAP® solutions, and the programs and projects that enable customer implementation, working seamlessly with the SAP® Activate methodology for on-premise or cloud based solution implementations.
What we do.
By applying the Assurance PLUS™ model, we compliment the SAP® Activate methodology quality check points, while providing a consistent framework for the assurance for the SAP® customer organisation and supporting SAP® partner/ system integrators (Si’s) technical delivery programs and projects.
The Assurance PLUS™ assurance processes are designed to flexibly support SAP® customer decision-making, and provide end-to-end life-cycle assurance to SAP® implementation projects and programs, while providing independent guidance to SAP® partners, Si’s and program and project delivery teams, to better ensure that their SAP® implementations and adoptions are successful, while strengthening existing in-house assurance practices.
