Gateway Assurance™
Gateway Assurance™ is an independent best practice assurance method designed to assist organisations and governments with the successful delivery of their more conventional programs and projects. The Gateway Assurance™ method provides independent, best practice and timely assurance to assist an Accountable Officer, who is the individual accountable and responsible for delivering the program or project outcomes, while also providing formal oversight and governance to the program or project. Gateway Assurance™ examines programs and projects at key decision points (gates) during conception, initiation, design, implementation, and operation. Gateway Assurance™ is not an audit process, nor does it replace an organisations responsibility for implementing decisions for program and projects.
Agile Assurance™
Agile Assurance™ is the world’s only best practice assurance method designed to assist organisations and governments with the successful delivery of agile and agile-style digital projects. The Agile Assurance™ method provides independent, timely assurance to assist the Accountable Officer or Product Owner, who is the individual responsible and accountable for the delivery of the overall outcomes, while also providing oversight and governance for the agile project. It examines agile projects at key decision points during initiation, discovery, deployment and post project operations/ dev-ops. Agile Assurance™ reviews are not an audit process, nor a gated assurance review, and does not replace an organisation’s responsibility for implementing decisions for agile projects.
Digital Assurance™
Digital Assurance™ provides independent guidance to business owners and Accountable Officers, ensuring the success of critical transformational programs and enabling projects.
