Adrian is a senior consultant with extensive experience in leading data and digital transformation initiatives to achieve business outcomes. He is an experienced gated assurance reviewer who has undertaken numerous program and project reviews for various governments, agencies and organisations, including national data and information systems, advanced analytics and cloud services, and strategic reviews for critical national data programs.
Adrian’s experience includes ten years as an Australian Government senior executive with a strong analytics, risk and security focus. He has expertise in data management and information systems including ‘big data’, data warehousing, advanced analytics, and cloud solutions.
Adrian led national programs for Environment, Agriculture, Energy, Transport, Tourism and Industry statistics. He has previously worked with the departments of Defence, Health, Aged Care and Education. Adrain continues to provide independent strategic leadership for digital transformation, data, analytics, IT systems and assurance, with complementary commerce, IT, management and science qualifications, combined with program and project management accreditation, as is highly-regarded and awarded for his contemporary cloud, security and risk management expertise.
Adrian’s formal qualifications include a Masters of Commerce, Masters of Information Technology, Bachelor of Science, and Diploma of Project Management. He has certified credentials in SAFe™ 6.0, PRINCE2® Agile Project Management and PRINCE2® Program Management. He is an accredited member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Information Security Association, Australian Institute of Project Management, Australian Computer Society, and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
