At the same time, it remains framework-agnostic and can be applied regardless of the methods or frameworks an organisation uses to manage its projects, programmes, or portfolios. The P3M3 framework that provides a structured approach for assessing and improving an organisation’s capabilities in managing portfolios, programs, and projects, and is based on a set of principles and practices that promote effective governance, alignment, and delivery of strategic objectives.

P3M3 Digital Assessment Tool

The PRINCE2® P3M3 digital assessment tool is an on-line platform designed to evaluate an organisation’s project, program, and portfolio management capabilities against the P3M3 model and framework, providing a structured approach to assessing an organisation’s current maturity level and identifying areas for improvement. The P3M3 digital assessment tool is exclusively accessed and used by organisations, including PM Solutions, who are a:

PeopleCert® PRINCE2® Accredited Consulting Partner (‘ACP’);
PRINCE2® P3M3 accreditation;
PRINCE2® P3M3 accredited assessors; and
PeopleCert® annual reaccreditation and licensing.
