Assurance PLUS™
Assurance PLUS™ provides SAP® customers with independent, evidence-based assurance at critical points in the SAP® Activate lifecycle. It strengthens delivery quality, reduces risk, and improves confidence that an implementation can safely progress through each SAP® Activate delivery phase. The Assurance PLUS™ practice combines SAP® Activate, Clean Core principles and global assurance best practice methods into a simple, repeatable, customer-centred assurance framework.
What we do.
Assurance PLUS™ reviews provides customer centric assurance with a sense of purpose – providing measurable benefits across the SAP® solution full implementation.
Most ERP transformations are complex and high-risk. SAP® customers are expected to deliver faster, adopt SAP® best practices, keep their systems clean, and minimise cost and disruption. PM Solutions uses Assurance PLUS™ to support these expectations by providing:
